槍の先端
「危険・困難に対して先陣を切る人」を指す表現。
端的に言えば「一番槍」ということですかね。
奇しくも日本語でも英語でも槍なんですね。
所謂「族」の抗争なんかじゃ「切り込み隊長」とも言いますね。
現代社会じゃなんだろ？
前例のないプロジェクトをやる会社員とか？
リスク承知で危険に真正面から突っ込んでいく。
