豆をこぼす
「秘密をうっかりばらしてしまう」こと。
言うつもりはなかったんだけど…というニュアンス。
どんな由来かは知らないけど、確かに豆はツルツルしてるし。
そういうこぼれやすさからこのフレーズは来ているのかも。
