アダムの時から知らない
「（ある人を）全く知らない」や「（その人と）全く面識がない」
といった意味の表現。
アダムは神が作った最初の人類。
その時から知らないということで、まったくつながりがないということですかね。
Adamは人の名前なので大文字で書く。文法のはなしですね。
